We are seeking a Senior Developer with experience and autonomy to work on full stack projects, focusing on quality, performance, and scalability. This individual will be responsible for developing new features, creating and maintaining APIs, interfaces, and automated tests, as well as actively participating in technical decisions that directly impact our digital products.
You will join a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with Product, Design, and QA to build modern, scalable, and user-centric solutions.
Responsabilidades e atribuições
- Develop and maintain back-end applications using PHP and Java.
- Experience in MVC architecture with PHP.
- Maintenance and creation of responsive and high-performance front-end interfaces using VueJS.
- Build and integrate secure and scalable REST APIs.
- Collaborate on analyzing usage data to identify performance and stability improvements.
- Participate in the construction of technical solutions alongside product areas.
- Research and propose technical and technological improvements for the team.
- Contribute with the culture of quality, security, and good development practices (CI/CD, versioning, clean code, etc.).
Requisitos e qualificações
- Completed Higher Education in Technology or related fields, such as Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, among others.
- Solid experience with PHP development in MVC architecture.
- Experience with legacy systems, including maintenance, refactoring, and modernization of existing code, preferably in MVC architecture with PHP.
- Experience with front-end development in VueJS.
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL and relational data modeling.
- Experience with REST APIs, version control using Git, and the full development cycle (CI/CD).
- Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, etc.).
- Knowledge of Monitoring and Observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.).
Differentiators (Bonus Skills):
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of Clean Code and Clean Architecture concepts.
- Knowledge of ERP processes (Oracle Fusion) and financial flows.
- Knowledge of Python and AI.
- Soft skills: assertive communication, empathy, ownership (protagonism), and negotiation capacity.
Additional Information
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 12:00 | 13:30 to 18:00.
Work Model: Home office.
