Responsibilities and Duties
Get to know the daily routine of this professional:
- Develop and evolve highly complex web applications using NextJS, ensuring scalability, performance, and an excellent user experience;
- Define, implement, and disseminate architectural standards for front-end and back-end applications, promoting good development practices;
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and highly available web systems, integrated into an AWS Cloud-based infrastructure;
- Act in the definition of technical solutions, participating in architectural decision-making and the technological evolution of products;
- Perform code reviews, supporting the technical quality of deliverables, sharing knowledge with the team, and acting as a technical reference for other developers;
- Contribute to the technical documentation of systems and the continuous improvement of development processes;
- Identify opportunities for optimizing performance, security, scalability, and maintenance of applications;
- Research new technologies, evaluate their applicability, and propose innovative solutions that support business challenges;
- Work in partnership with Product, Design, and other teams, contributing technically to the evolution of solutions;
- Work with agentic development using AI to assist in the process.
Requirements and Qualifications
What you need to have:
- Completed higher education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields;
- Advanced experience with NextJS, Node.js, TypeScript, PHP (WordPress), and REST API development;
- Mastery of frameworks and tools in the frontend ecosystem, such as NextJS, Nuxt, Webpack, and SASS/SCSS;
- Solid experience in pixel-perfect frontend development;
- Experience with web application architecture, systems integration, and development of scalable solutions;
- Experience in development environments using agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban);
- Experience with code versioning, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices;
- Knowledge of AWS infrastructure and services;
- Intermediate or higher technical English;
- Collaborative profile, with the ability to act autonomously, share knowledge, be a technical reference for the team, and technically support the team's development.
Desirable knowledge:
- Experience with test-driven development (TDD), automated testing, and integration testing;
- Experience in projects focused on performance optimization, SEO, Core Web Vitals, and Cross-Browser compatibility;
- Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and optimization of production applications;
- Experience with development using Artificial Intelligence (AI-assisted programming, Spec-driven, and Agentic Coding);
- Experience in high-availability environments and digital products with a high volume of access.
