Intuition Agency is expanding its team. As a specialized product design studio, we create user-centric digital products. We are currently seeking a talented Fullstack Developer to bring these products to life and lead our SaaS projects.
This is a permanent contract position, offering 100% remote work. The anticipated start date is June 2026.
You will serve as a technical lead on your projects. Beyond executing specifications, you will design innovative solutions, challenge product visions, and advocate for your technical decisions. Artificial intelligence (Claude Code, Codex) is fully integrated into our development methodologies, serving as a standard practice rather than an option.
Your Missions
- Autonomously manage multiple client projects (products and SaaS) concurrently.
- Perform fullstack development using our core stack: React / Next.js, Supabase, Webflow, and PHP Symfony.
- Integrate AI agents and automations directly into the products.
- Act as a technical lead, defining, arbitrating, and articulating architectural choices.
- Challenge product visions and effectively present your decisions to clients and the team.
- Deliver clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Communicate proactively with the team and clients regarding progress, blockers, and alerts.
Your Skills
Technical Skills
- Proven mastery of React / Next.js, which is a non-negotiable foundation for this role.
- Solid experience with developing products and SaaS solutions, beyond simple showcase websites.
- Confirmed experience as a technical lead, having championed and defended architectural decisions.
- Proficient integration of AI tools (Claude Code, Codex) into your daily development practice.
- Ability to produce clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
We prioritize actual skill level over years of experience. A strong, autonomous profile will be highly valued, whether you have 4 or 10 years of experience.
Interpersonal Skills (Crucial for Us)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with both the team and clients.
- Proactive communication: identifying and reporting blockers early.
- Reliability and transparency, essential in a 100% remote work environment.
- Autonomy: managing multiple client projects simultaneously with rigor.
- Strong client interaction skills, including the ability to tactfully challenge visions and argue your choices.
