Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer or Freelancer to design and develop a Next-Generation, Fully Advanced AI-Based Hospital Management ERP System. This is a contract-based (project-based) role. The ideal candidate must have deep technical expertise in core web development, third-party hardware integration (Biometric/IoT), and AI-driven features.
Key Modules & Project Scope:
- End-to-End Hospital Workflow: Patient registration, OPD/IPD management, doctor portal, digital prescriptions, pharmacy inventory tracking, laboratory reports, and automated smart billing.
- Biometric & Attendance Machine Integration: Connecting physical biometric/facial recognition attendance devices with the ERP via APIs/SDKs for real-time staff and doctor attendance syncing.
- AI-Powered Features: AI-based smart appointment scheduling and doctor availability forecasting. Predictive analytics for pharmacy inventory (predicting medicine stock shortages). Smart data analytics for patient history and automated health report insights.
- Security & Scale: Role-based access control (RBAC), high-level data encryption, and secure cloud deployment.
Technical Skills Required:
- Frontend: React.js / Vue.js / Next.js
- Backend: Node.js / Python (Django or FastAPI - preferred for AI features) / PHP Laravel
- Database: PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB
- Hardware/IoT: Proven experience with Biometric SDKs and hardware API integrations.
- AI/ML: Experience in integrating Python AI/ML libraries or OpenAI/custom LLM APIs into web applications.
Other Details:
- Language Preference: The candidate must be comfortable communicating and discussing project requirements in Hindi.
- Project Duration: Contract-based with clear milestone-wise timelines.
- Compensation: Fixed Budget / Milestone-based payments (To be finalized post-interview).
- Code Ownership: Complete source code, deployment access, and Intellectual Property (IP) rights will belong exclusively to our company upon completion.
