We are seeking a highly autonomous and responsible Full-Stack Developer with a strong product vision. This role requires developing complete web solutions, spanning both frontend and backend, and effectively communicating technical decisions across various departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, evolve, and maintain full-stack web applications across frontend and backend systems.
- Translate product requirements and design specifications (e.g., Figma) into functional, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Implement end-to-end functionalities, ensuring high quality from initial code writing through production deployment.
- Create and maintain RESTful APIs, implementing business logic and integrating with internal and third-party systems.
- Model and optimize relational and non-relational databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Write and maintain comprehensive automated tests (unit and integration).
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and production issues.
- Actively participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and standardization.
- Clearly communicate technical decisions, risks, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Negotiate and adhere to technical deadlines.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and other developers within agile frameworks.
- Propose technical improvements, refactoring initiatives, and architectural evolutions when beneficial.
Required Skills & Experience
- Solid experience with JavaScript and major frontend frameworks (Vue.js, React.js, or Nuxt).
- Proven experience with PHP/Laravel and/or Node.js for developing REST APIs.
- Experience building Single Page Applications (SPA).
- Knowledge of authentication and security best practices (JWT, OAuth, OWASP).
- Strong foundation in relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and practical use of Redis.
- Proficiency with Git/GitHub and code review processes.
- Experience with automated testing tools (Cypress, Jest, PHPUnit).
- Familiarity with application monitoring systems (Sentry, New Relic, or similar).
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS).
