About the Role:

Sensible Care is hiring a full-stack developer to build and maintain our tele-therapy platform and native mobile applications. Our current technology stack includes Laravel (PHP) for the backend with a Postgres database, Vue.js for the web frontend, Flutter for iOS and Android mobile development, and Capybara for custom tooling. While this position is for a mid-level developer, we are open to considering candidates at other experience levels for the right fit.

What You'll Do:

Your primary responsibility will be to develop end-to-end solutions for both our clients and internal use. You will join a small team of developers focused on building and enhancing systems to support our ongoing growth and nationwide expansion. • Write front-end and back-end code, demonstrating a solid grasp of coding best practices.
• Utilize frameworks like Laravel to create performant, reliable HTTP-based APIs.
• Integrate APIs with modern front-end frameworks, specifically Vue.js.
• Employ third-party libraries and SDKs to extend the capabilities of first-party applications.
• Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, understanding the critical importance of testing.
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot your systems in both staging and production environments.

What You Need:

• 3+ years of hands-on, production-level software development experience, preferably with some or all components of our tech stack.
• Experience with Flutter, particularly Flutter bloc.
• Familiarity with Git and a foundational understanding of CI/CD principles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A willingness to take initiative and ownership within a small-company environment.
• The ability to work efficiently in a remote setting.
• Healthcare or HealthTech industry experience is a plus, but not required.
