Key Responsibilities: WordPress Development & Optimization
- Design, develop, and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project specifications.

- Integrate third-party APIs and web services to enhance site functionality.
- Optimize website performance using effective coding practices, caching strategies, and database management.
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting for seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate efficiently with designers, content creators, and project managers using tools like Trello.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of WordPress updates, security protocols, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Experience (Qualifications)
- Proven experience developing custom WordPress themes and plugins with a strong portfolio of live websites.
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery for front-end development.
- Experience working with databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL; understanding of SQL queries is essential.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git or GitHub for code management.
- Ability to implement SEO best practices and optimize websites for search engines.
- Strong understanding of web hosting environments including AWS or similar cloud platforms.
