We are seeking freelance back-end web developers to collaborate on agency projects for major brands. This project-based role offers remuneration to be agreed upon based on service scope, with opportunities in Madrid, Barcelona, or remote.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, architecture, and development of Web projects.
- Participate in projects by understanding client needs to identify, research, and develop technical solutions for specific requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in WordPress development.
- Development of custom themes from scratch, without the use of visual builders.
- Creation of custom Gutenberg blocks (key requirement). Solid experience designing and programming custom blocks is required, with full integration with ACF and other WordPress functionalities.
- Advanced experience with the ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) plugin.
Solid experience working with:
- Custom Post Types (CPTs).
- Custom Taxonomies.
- Data modeling and structuring in WordPress.
- WordPress Multisite.
- Managing multilingual sites with WPML.
- Development of custom plugins adapted to business needs.
- Content migrations and synchronization between environments.
- WordPress performance and security optimization.
