Responsibilities and Duties

As a Software Quality Specialist, you will:

• Strategy and Automation: Lead the definition, implementation, and maintenance of testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E) and automation across different platforms.
• Analysis and Prevention: Analyze requirements, create complex test scenarios, and review code to identify risks and ensure quality early in the development cycle (Shift-Left).
• Continuous Improvement (Process): Propose and implement improvements in development and deployment processes (CI/CD) for faster and more secure deliveries.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar.
• Solid experience with Integration and Load Testing.
• Javascript/Typescript programming language.
• API testing with Cypress.
• Load testing with K6.
• Code versioning with Git.
• Experience using Artificial Intelligence to streamline work.

Nice to Have

• Solid knowledge of TMMi (Test Maturity Model Integration).
• Experience with Mutation and Contract Testing.
• GoLang, PHP, ReactJS, Flutter programming languages.
• Pipelines with CircleCI and ArgoCD.
• Development of Project Rules to guide AI in test development.
• Knowledge of AWS and System Design.
