With its complete ecosystem: accounting, internal management, collaborative portal, task automation, and electronic invoicing, MyUnisoft optimizes time spent, reinforces process reliability, and facilitates interactions between firms and businesses.
More than 200 team members contribute daily to this dynamic: Product, QA, UX/UI, Tech, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Academy, Support teams... as well as Human Resources, Purchasing, and Finance functions.

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a SaaS Engineering Manager to lead an Agile squad and ensure the quality and performance of our developments.
Your missions:
As a PHP Engineering Manager, you will play a key role at the intersection of management and technology. In particular, you will:
- Manage and lead a team of developers (coaching, skill development).
- Ensure best development practices in PHP.
- Participate in technical decisions, challenge architectural choices, and ensure development consistency.
- Act as an Agile facilitator, ensuring sprints run smoothly and optimizing team processes.
- Define, champion, and communicate the team's technical roadmap, ensuring clear visibility for stakeholders.
- Work closely with Product Owners, who carry the functional roadmap, to ensure alignment between business needs and technical choices.
Your profile:
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in technical team management, designing scalable and resilient SaaS architectures, and who is used to collaborating smoothly and effectively with Product.
- Solid experience in PHP Symfony development.
- Strong understanding of modern architectures.
- Ability to lead a technical team: you are a leader who coaches and develops your team members.
- Mastery of Agile/Scrum methodologies: you play a key role in sprint management and continuous improvement.
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical profiles: you are an excellent communicator.
- Team and collaborative spirit: you enjoy sharing knowledge and bringing positive energy.
- Excellent customer relationship skills and commercial negotiation skills are essential.
- Understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts would be a plus.
Your work environment
Location: Montigny-Le-Bretonneux
Remote work: 3 days on-site and a maximum of 2 days remote work / week
Compensation: Between €70,000 and €75,000 gross per year.
