  • Due to the scale, we solve complex performance problems.

What will you be doing?

  • Shaping a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and innovation, while maintaining a balance between delivery speed and quality and stability.
  • Assessing cost impacts and identifying opportunities for savings and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Conducting post-incident reviews and optimizing response processes.
  • Coordinating complex cross-team and cross-functional initiatives, in cooperation with the Product Manager, Design, and other technical teams.

What is important to us?

  • Min. 4 years of experience as an Engineering Manager, Team Lead, or related position (team management).
  • Deep understanding of software engineering and system architecture.
  • Very good knowledge of tools, frameworks, and technologies used in modern product teams (e.g., modular monolith, microservices architectures, CI/CD, DevOps practices, monitoring, and logging).
  • Experience in leading technological and architectural initiatives.
  • Practical knowledge and implementation of quality control practices, testing, and observability metrics (SLIs, SLOs).
  • Experience in responding to incidents and conducting post-incident activities (coordination, post-mortems, process improvements, building operational resilience).
  • Experience in measuring and improving development processes (DORA/DevOps).
  • Creating space for innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement in the team.
  • Conscious use of AI tools in work – selecting the tool for the task (Copilot/Cursor, ChatGPT/Claude) and critical assessment of the quality of AI-generated code.

Technology Stack

  • Vue 2 + TypeScript, embedded as interactive "islands" in the administration panel.
  • Tests: Jest (unit/integration) + Playwright (E2E), ESLint + Prettier + TypeScript (static tests).

  • Percona XtraDB Cluster (MySQL)
  • Elasticsearch
