Due to our dynamic expansion, we are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to design and lead complex implementations on the Base platform.

This pivotal role combines architecture, system integrations, client engagement, and delivery leadership. The Enterprise Architect will be involved from the initial discovery and pre-sales phases, through solution design, to successful implementation. Depending on project requirements, this role may also encompass responsibilities as a Delivery Lead, coordinating team efforts and ensuring the successful execution of agreed-upon scopes.

Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end architecture for solutions built on the Base platform.
  • Develop integration strategies for ERP, PIM, WMS systems, online stores, marketplaces, and other external services.
  • Conduct discovery workshops and perform in-depth analysis of client business processes.
  • Translate complex business requirements into robust technical and architectural solutions.
  • Define data flows, data models, and mapping rules across various systems.
  • Provide architectural oversight throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Act as a Delivery Lead for selected projects, including work planning, team coordination, and managing priorities, risks, and dependencies.
  • Support implementation teams in resolving intricate technical challenges.
  • Ensure the quality, stability, and scalability of all delivered solutions.
  • Develop and refine implementation standards and integration patterns.
  • Mentor and enhance the technical competencies of the team.
  • Serve as a technical expert, supporting sales during pre-sales processes.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders on the client side.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing existing solutions and client accounts.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex integration solutions.
  • Expert-level knowledge of the Base platform.
  • Strong understanding of API, system integrations, and data flow management.
  • Solid grasp of e-commerce processes, including product management, order processing, inventory, pricing, and logistics.
  • Experience with ERP, PIM, WMS, OMS systems, or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Ability to lead technical workshops and engage directly with clients.
  • Proficiency in translating business needs into concrete technological solutions.
  • Capability to coordinate project teams and lead implementations from a delivery perspective.
  • Excellent understanding of scalability, reliability, and quality in integration systems.
  • Technical fluency in code, with basic knowledge of JavaScript and PHP for script analysis, data transformations, and integration diagnostics.
  • Practical experience utilizing AI tools for problem analysis, documentation, prototyping, and automation.
  • Minimum B2 level English proficiency for technical and business communication, and effective use of technical documentation.
  • Category B driving license and willingness to travel for business trips and client meetings.
  • Demonstrated self-reliance, accountability for results, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketplace, omnichannel, or large-scale e-commerce environments.
  • Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Familiarity with webhooks, event-driven architecture, or queuing systems.
  • Understanding of cloud computing, containerization, or application infrastructure.
  • Previous experience as an Enterprise Architect, Technical Lead, or Delivery Lead.
  • Experience in pre-sales activities.
  • Track record of mentoring and developing technical competencies in others.
