YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our teams in Lisbon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management and Operation of Technological Infrastructure.
- System Monitoring and Optimization.
- Secure Implementation of Application/Web Systems.
- Technical Collaboration and Problem Solving.
Software Engineering Focus
This role works in the area of Software Engineering, encompassing the development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions/applications.
- Applies scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems.
- Responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge in research, design, development, and maintenance.
- Work requires the exercise of original thought and judgment and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.
- Builds skills and expertise in the software engineering discipline to meet standard software engineer skills expectations for the applicable role, as defined in Professional Communities.
- Collaborates and acts as a team player with other software engineers and stakeholders.
YOUR PROFILE
- 5+ years of experience.
- Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
- Focus on Operations of the technological infrastructure architecture for application/web systems.
- Development background (PHP, C#).
- Experience with implementation of application/web systems and maintenance of technological infrastructure.
- Focus on monitoring system performance, availability, and prioritizing enhanced system security.
- Experience with FortiWAF and solid knowledge of HTTPS and Networks.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux), protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, IMAP, etc.), database systems (MSSQL, MariaDB), web servers (Nginx, Apache, IIS, among others), load balancers, application firewalls, and administration tools.
