We are seeking a hands-on individual with a strategic vision to be the primary technical reference for engineering, leading the team and directing the development of our digital products. You will balance technical depth with people management and product vision, bridging technology, business, and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as the team's technical reference, actively participating in PHP (Laravel) and Vue.js development.
- Support the team in architectural decisions, ensuring quality, performance, and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and technical mentoring to elevate team delivery.
- Collaborate with product, UX, and business teams to translate challenges into efficient and sustainable technical solutions.
- Be an active voice in evolving the tech stack, engineering practices, and automations (CI/CD).

Requirements and Qualifications
- Solid experience as a senior developer or technical lead in engineering teams (10+ people).
- Proficiency in PHP (Laravel) and Vue.js.
- Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, RESTful APIs, and security best practices.
- Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and modern architectural patterns.
- Ability to lead by example, focusing on quality, collaboration, and team technical growth.

- Experience with scalable architectures and high-availability environments.
- Experience in scale-ups or SaaS companies.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
