The Role

We are seeking a hands-on profile with a strategic vision who will serve as the main technical reference for engineering, in addition to leading the team and directing the development of our digital products. Here, you will face the challenge of balancing technical depth with people management and product vision, acting as the link between technology, business, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Daily Activities:

• Act as the technical reference for the team, actively participating in development using PHP (Laravel) and Vue.js.
• Support the team in architectural decisions, ensuring the quality, performance, and scalability of solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and technical mentorship, raising the team's delivery standard.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Business teams, helping translate challenges into efficient and sustainable technical solutions.
• Be an active voice in the evolution of the stack, engineering practices, and automations (CI/CD).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• Solid experience as a Senior Developer or Technical Lead in engineering teams (10+ people).
• Mastery of PHP (Laravel) and Vue.js.
• Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, RESTful APIs, and security best practices.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and modern architectural patterns.
• Ability to lead by example, focusing on quality, collaboration, and the technical growth of the team.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with scalable architectures and high-availability environments.
• Experience in scale-ups or SaaS companies.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
