We are seeking a Technology Manager with a hands-on profile and strategic vision. This role will serve as the primary technical reference for engineering, lead the team, and direct the development of our digital products. Here, you will face the challenge of balancing technical depth with people management and product vision, acting as the link between technology, business, and customer experience.

Responsibilities and Attributions

Daily Activities:

• Act as the team's technical reference, actively participating in development using PHP (Laravel) and Vue.js.
• Ensure excellence in architecture, performance, and code quality by defining standards and best practices.
• Lead and develop a team of 10+ engineering professionals, promoting collaboration, technical growth, and a high-performance culture.
• Work closely with product, UX, and business teams, ensuring technical solutions generate real value for users.
• Drive strategic decisions regarding architecture, technical roadmap, and product evolution, focusing on scalability and innovation.

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Advanced hard skills in software engineering—someone who codes, guides, and inspires the team by example.
• Solid experience with PHP (Laravel) and Vue.js.
• Deep proficiency in relational and non-relational databases, RESTful APIs, and security practices.
• Experience leading technical teams (10+ people).
• Ability to connect technology and strategy, with a focus on product vision and user experience.
• Knowledge of engineering best practices, automated testing, and CI/CD.

Bonus Skills (Highly Desired):

• Experience in scalable architectures and high-availability environments.
• Experience in scale-ups or SaaS companies.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
