- Familiarity with legal regulations and standards that affect business processes in banks.

Your Daily Tasks:
- Conducting analysis of requirements and business processes.
- Cooperating with technical and testing teams.
- Preparing and updating documentation.
- Facilitating meetings with clients and the team.
- Supporting decision-making processes, identifying risks, and recommending solutions.
- Active participation in the entire project lifecycle – from concept to production maintenance.

- Java Team (30+ members, 55% Seniors): We create systems based on Java 11+, Kotlin, Groovy, Spring Framework, and JEE. Our backend portfolio includes large systems for the insurance, fintech, and education industries. We design and implement systems, translating business logic into functionalities, prioritizing security, data protection, performance optimization, and scalability.
- PHP Team (15+ members, 80% Seniors): We write in PHP 8 using DDD, Event Sourcing, Symfony 5/6.4, Copilot, and CI/CD. We design and implement systems, optimize performance, test, debug, and maintain operational efficiency.
- .NET Team (6 members, 80% Seniors): We implement projects in C#/.NET using .NET Core and ASP.NET Core, diving into microservices architecture. We operate in Visual Studio, using GIT, OOP, and design patterns to create elegant code.
Frontend (Angular + React):
- React Team (18+ members, 40% Seniors): We focus on code optimization, using Redux, React Query, and Next.js. We design responsive user interfaces, integrate with backend, test, and debug.
- Angular Team (10+ members, 40% Seniors): We work at the intersection of modern design and advanced programming, implementing projects according to the latest trends, integrating with backend, and optimizing performance.
Product Support (QA + UX + BA + DevOps + PM):
- QA Team (15+ members, 40% Seniors): We perform functional, performance, and API tests using Cypress, Selenium, Rest Assured, Postman, and JMeter. We create test strategies, scenarios, and actively participate in the bug-fixing process.
- BA Team (9 members, 90% Seniors): We analyze and document business requirements, optimize business processes, and support all stages of design, development, and testing.
- UX Team (6 members, 70% Seniors): We design interfaces for web, mobile, and desktop using Figma, Sketch, Axure, HTML, CSS, and RWD. We create prototypes, conduct user testing, and collaborate with developers and PMs.
- Admin + DevOps Team (6+ members, 40% Seniors): We manage infrastructure, automate processes, integrate environments, and ensure security using Jenkins, GitLab CI, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Python, and Bash.
- PM + DM Team (13 members, 65% Seniors): We manage projects on time and within budget, monitor progress, manage teams, and maintain excellent client relations.
Fullstack JS (Node + React):
- Fullstack JS Team (10+ members, 90% Seniors): We combine React and Node.js, working with PostgreSQL, GIT, microservices, and cloud platforms like Heroku, AWS, and Azure, alongside Docker.
Mobile (iOS + Android):
- iOS Team (15+ members, 80% Seniors): We use SwiftUI and Combine to create highly-rated mobile apps for banking (e.g., POP Pankki, VeloBank). We optimize for speed, battery, memory, and security.
