We are seeking a skilled Business System Analyst to join our product team. This role is crucial for the development and enhancement of LiveBank, our innovative virtual bank branch platform. LiveBank enables fully digital chat, audio, and video interactions with bank employees, accessible via browsers and mobile devices, eliminating the need for physical branch visits or queues.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain analytical documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Model and document business processes.
  • Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure implementations align with business requirements.
  • Prepare and lead requirements gathering sessions and presentations for stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Analyze and map processes, designing new system solutions and improvements.
  • Support acceptance testing by verifying test scenarios and validating results.
  • Manage the product backlog in partnership with the Product Owner/Project Manager.
  • Identify and document system dependencies, preparing integration specifications.
  • Monitor requirement changes and manage their impact on project scope.

Requirements

  • Higher education in IT, banking, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst.
  • English language proficiency at a minimum B2+ level for international client collaboration.
  • Documented participation in at least 2 IT projects from analysis through implementation.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
  • Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML notations (use case diagrams, sequence diagrams).
  • Practical experience with tools such as Confluence, Jira, or Miro.
  • Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers and evaluating designs against business requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and meticulous attention to documentation detail.
  • Ability to effectively work with diverse stakeholders, managing varied needs and priorities.
  • High degree of autonomy in analytical tasks, including independent priority management and adaptability to changing task contexts.

Nice to Have

  • PSM/PSPO, AgileBA, or IREB certification.
  • Experience in banking, finance, insurance, or contact center projects.
  • Experience with ERP / CRM systems.
  • Basic SQL knowledge for data analysis queries.
  • Understanding of system architecture, REST API, and system integration.
  • Familiarity with the UI design process, including design systems, components, and their impact on functional specifications.
  • Ability to create prototypes or mockups (e.g., Figma) for requirements validation.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for automating repetitive tasks.
