In the LWSA ecosystem, you play a leading role in changes. Your goal will be to simplify the customer journey and ensure that our solutions are increasingly fluid, directly impacting thousands of businesses that depend on our technology to grow.

We expect you to:
- Develop robust and scalable solutions using Golang and/or PHP;
- Design technical solutions and actively participate in refinements;
- Contribute strategically with the Product Owner to enable value deliveries;
- Guide and mentor junior developers, raising the team's technical bar;
- Act directly on the tax reform project and the transition to microservices architecture.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience in web development with PHP and Golang;
- Mastery of code versioning (Gitlab/Github);
- Deep knowledge of best practices: SOLID, Clean Code, and Design Patterns;
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, DynamoDB, DocumentDB) and key-value (Redis);
- Experience in event-driven architecture and messaging (Kafka, AMQ, SQS, SNS);
- Knowledge of automated, unit testing, and secure development concepts;
- Experience with monitoring and observability (APM, logs, metrics, tracing);
- Knowledge of DDD (Domain Driven Development) and microservices architecture;
- Technical English and familiarity with agile methodologies (Kanban/Scrum).
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with highly complex and high-scale systems;
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Terraform;
- Experience in Cloud solutions (AWS);
- Ability to support technical decision-making (performance and scalability trade-offs).
Elimination Criteria
- Lack of practical experience with Golang (GO) and PHP.

Current Projects and Challenges
The major current challenge is the modernization of Bling's tax engine, ensuring that solutions are scalable to support transaction volume, especially in light of tax reform changes.
