What you will transform (Challenge):
In the LWSA ecosystem, you lead changes. Your goal will be to simplify the customer journey and ensure our solutions are increasingly fluid, directly impacting thousands of businesses that rely on our technology to grow.

We expect you to have:
- Lead architectural definitions for the new Financial Management system.
- Act directly in refactoring the platform, one of LWSA's most strategic projects.
- Evolve our architecture based on microservices and event-driven architecture.
- Mentor developers, raising the technical bar of the team.
- Prepare architecture designs and support structural decisions.
- Promote engineering best practices, quality, and observability.
- Encourage and disseminate the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI First) as a development accelerator.
- Solid experience with microservices architecture and Hexagonal Architecture.
- Proficiency in Golang.
- Experience with event-driven architecture.
- Proven ability to act as a technical reference and influence decisions.
- Proactive, curious, autonomous profile with sharp critical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with different stakeholders.
Differentials
- Experience in refactoring monolithic systems into microservices.
- Knowledge of PHP.
- Experience in financial systems (Accounts Payable/Receivable, Reconciliation, Payment Methods).
- Experience in SaaS companies or high data volume environments.
- Practical experience with AI tools in development (Copilots, Cursor, Claude, etc.).
Disqualifying criteria (No-Go)
- Profile predominantly focused on Front-end.
- Low capacity for collaboration or resistance to change.
- Passivity in problem solving or low autonomy.
- History of very short stints across multiple experiences.
