We are seeking a Software Developer specializing in Backend Engineering to strengthen the PipeRun Engineering team. Your mission will be to build and evolve the backbone of our CRM, ensuring our platform is robust, secure, agile, and efficient enough to handle the growing volume of data and requests from thousands of users.

This role involves diving into challenges related to architecture, performance optimization, and complex integrations. You will work with cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic environment focused on quality delivery, with ample opportunities to grow, learn, and make a real impact on our product.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop software functionalities according to specifications, ensuring well-elaborated tests and guaranteed quality.
• Collaborate within a Product team, meeting agreed-upon points in each sprint and ensuring sprint planning is fulfilled.
• Collaborate on technical planning: Actively participate in architecture discussions and contribute innovative technical solutions, ensuring the performance, security, and maintainability of our platform.
• Ensure code quality: Write code with comprehensive tests and conduct constructive code reviews, promoting best practices and the technical growth of the team.
• Support system operation and stability: Collaborate in identifying and correcting bugs and continuously improve infrastructure, ensuring high system availability.
• Actively participate in team rituals, collaborating in planning and meeting the goals of each sprint, and supporting the team in resolving challenges.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education/Knowledge:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Software Engineering Principles: Solid experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and knowledge of good code design practices (such as SOLID and DRY).
• Code Management: Experience with version control systems, preferably Git/GitHub.
• Knowledge of PHP 8.4+ and Laravel 12 Framework.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and using MySQL databases.
• Knowledge of Javascript, Typescript, Vue3, HTML, and CSS.

Experience:

• Solid experience in software development using the PHP language.
• History of delivering projects with defined deadlines and code quality.
• Experience with solutions in monolithic and microservices architectures.
