Who We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a Backend Developer.
- Proficiency in Lumen-Laravel / PHP, or compelling evidence of your ability to quickly master these frameworks and languages within a month, given your background.
- We seek individuals who are ambitious (we'll ask about your most ambitious project), collaborative (talents win games, teams win championships), and kind (a non-negotiable core value for us, even if uncommon in scaleups).
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Analyzing, designing, developing, testing, and releasing new or enhancing existing features.
- Collaborating closely with the technical product team, including Backend and Frontend Developers, AI specialists, the CPO, and product designers.
- Conducting peer reviews of Pull Requests from other team members.
- Actively contributing ideas, insights, and proposals to continuously improve our product.
What Gives You a Powerup
- Prior experience working in a product company.
- Knowledge of the Node.js and Typescript ecosystem.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud provider services.
- Experience with AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.

Our Selection Process
Level 1: Application & Initial Fit
Submit your CV (in English), a cover letter, and answer a couple of questions. We promise a prompt review. If your profile aligns, we'll schedule a 30-minute introductory meeting to discuss Gamindo and your background.
Level 2: Offline Exercise
If there's an initial fit, you'll receive an exercise to complete offline by a specified deadline.
Level 3: Technical Deep Dive
Should your exercise meet our expectations, we'll proceed with a 60-minute technical interview with our CTO and a senior backend developer to assess your technical skills.
Level 4: Cultural Fit Interview
The final step is a 30-minute interview with our CEO Nicolò and CPO Matteo to ensure cultural alignment. We prioritize shared vision, mission, and company values.
