About the Role

This role provides application support to operations, focusing on identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues for applications and services. The goal is to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction for both users and drivers.

Reporting to the local technical team leader, you will collaborate with local and HQ engineering and operations teams. Your contributions will involve providing support, identifying areas for improvement, and enhancing products. You will also offer hands-on technical support during and after rollouts, and assist in localizing and adapting systems to support regional operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for end-to-end mobile applications.
• Coordinate closely with local and HQ engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with team members.
• Customize tech tools for local data compliance and optimize workflows.
• Handle sensitive data issues with the highest level of integrity.
• Engage in ongoing compliance improvements and participate in privacy discussions.
• Provide post-launch operational support, including monitoring, alerting, and debugging.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering or technical operations.
• Knowledge of Java / PHP / Node.js / GoLang.
• Knowledge of middlewares such as Redis/Elasticsearch/Kafka/RabbitMQ, etc.
• Experience with backend microservices and APIs.
• Experience in MySQL.
• Demonstrated integrity and accountability in managing sensitive data and operational risks.
• Experience in operational support, especially during launch periods.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Experience in logistics platforms.
