Functions
At Avanza, a leading company in the passenger transport sector, we are looking to incorporate an Application Integration Technician to handle the analysis, maintenance, support, and integration of corporate applications and technological services of the company, ensuring their correct operation and evolution.
What will your job consist of?
- Resolve technical incidents related to corporate applications and integrations.
- Coordinate and lead functional incidents together with the finance, purchasing, and maintenance areas.
- Coordinate hardware and database incidents with technological providers.
- Identify improvement needs and new developments together with functional areas.
- Coordinate the implementation of new developments carried out by external providers.
- Analyze development needs by working with internal clients and/or technological providers.
- Participate in the definition and improvement of processes, assessing their possible implementation with the validation of international teams.
- Coordinate processes for new system implementations in the group, monitoring the different phases and ensuring their correct operation.
- Manage the integration of existing systems with other applications, such as:
- External provider systems
- Systems of companies incorporated into the group
- Developments carried out by third parties
- Manage and resolve incidents in the group's systems, coordinating with providers for their correct resolution.
- Collaborate in user training and in tasks related to system implementation or improvement.
Requirements
- Training in Computer Engineering or Vocational Training in Computer Science.
Knowledge of:
- SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, or others)
- Integration and development languages or technologies such as Java, .NET, PHP (or other equivalents).
- Experience in environments with multiple applications and coordination with technological providers.
- Analytical capacity, orientation towards incident resolution, and working with internal clients.
- Previous experience in ERP environments or business management systems will be valued, though not essential.
