Technology Stack & Workflow
We specialize in the VILT stack (Vue, Inertia, Laravel, Tailwind), often utilizing Livewire and developing Vue SPAs with Laravel backends. We operate in Agile Sprints, use Discord for communication, Clickup for organization, and adhere to Git Flow.
We offer total location flexibility (remote work is encouraged, though our office is in Turin) and partial time flexibility. We provide a cutting-edge technological stack, continuous experimentation with AI coding assistants and workflows, and competitive remuneration based on seniority and contract duration (starting around €200 per day).
Key Responsibilities
- Conceive, plan, and create web software solutions.
- Design software architecture for web-based applications.
- Perform back-end and front-end programming and development.
- Support system resource management in cloud environments (AWS / DigitalOcean / etc.).
- Orchestrate AI agents for code development and maintenance.
- Define standards and conventions to ensure the codebase is maintainable by both humans and AI.
Required Expertise (AI-First Development)
We seek developers who understand that value lies in orchestrating and verifying code production, not just writing it.
- AI Workflow Mastery: Practical experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).
- Ability to write effective prompts and detailed action plans to guide AI agents.
- Strong critical review mindset for verifying generated output.
- Commitment to making the codebase "AI-friendly" through clear documentation, consistent conventions, and executable tests.
- Understands that AI output errors often stem from context, instructions, or project structure, not the AI itself.
Fundamental Technical Skills
- Excellent knowledge of PHP 8+ OOP.
- Excellent knowledge of Laravel.
- Experience with Inertia.js and Vue.js.
- Proficiency with LEMP stack and basic system administration.
- Knowledge of Git Flow and Continuous Integration.
- Ability to write tests that function as executable documentation.
