About the Role

We are looking for an AI Developer with a product and automation-oriented mindset to design, integrate, and maintain Artificial Intelligence solutions within the company's internal processes (operations, support, documents, analytics, etc.). The project involves implementing AI in work tools such as TEAMS, Gitlab, Azure, and others.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for AI utilization in current workflows (e.g., data extraction from documents, internal assistants, automation of repetitive tasks, text/data analysis).
• Integrate AI models (LLMs, computer vision, classification, etc.) with existing applications (Laravel, Vue.js, internal services).
• Develop APIs and services that expose AI functionalities to other teams/systems.
• Orchestrate data pipelines (ingestion, cleaning, normalization, logs) necessary to feed AI models or services.
• Evaluate, test, and compare third-party AI services (OpenAI, Azure, AWS, etc.) and open-source frameworks.
• Ensure security, privacy, and compliance in handling sensitive data.
• Monitor performance, costs, and quality of models and adjust as needed.

Stack & Technologies (not all required, but proficiency in a good portion is expected)

• Languages: Python (strong), PHP (Laravel), JavaScript/TypeScript.
• AI & Data: Experience with LLM APIs, embeddings, RAG, classification models, OCR, basic NLP.
• Backend & Integration: REST APIs, webhooks, authentication (OAuth2/JWT), cloud service integration.
• Infrastructure: Docker, CI/CD, logs, metrics, model/config versioning.
• Databases: MySQL/PostgreSQL, basic modeling and optimization concepts.
• Bonus: Redis, queues, message brokers.

Mandatory Requirements

• Good knowledge of Python for automation and AI.
• Proven software development experience (1+ years).
• Hands-on experience integrating AI APIs or ML models into real products.
• Solid knowledge of web application architecture and APIs.
• Ability to work with loosely defined requirements and transform business problems into technical solutions.
• Git, basic testing, good coding practices, and security.

• Experience with documents: text extraction, classification, summarization, automatic routing.
• Sensitivity to UX (how AI is presented to the end-user).

Offer Type:

Temporary or Fixed-term employment contract

Contract duration: 12 months

Payment: €1,200.00 - €1,500.00 per month
