We are seeking an experienced Adobe Flex Developer for a 6-month Freelance mission focused on the legacy platform of a specialized CRM software publisher. This role starts January 05, 2026.
Key Responsibilities (Adobe Flex CRM Development)
Joining a 4-person Agile/Scrum team, your tasks will include:
- Performing evolutionary and corrective maintenance on the Adobe Flex CRM application.
- Implementing changes to comply with new sector regulatory constraints.
- Optimizing performance and enhancing the ergonomics of existing modules.
- Actively participating in Agile rituals and sprint planning sessions.

Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Minimum Bac+3 IT education (Bachelor's degree).
- At least 2 years of professional experience with Adobe Flex, even if historical.
- A desire to reactivate Adobe Flex skills to maintain active legacy architecture.
- Recent web development experience (PHP and/or .NET).
- Curiosity, rigor, adaptability, and comfort working autonomously within a small team.
- Prior experience operating in an Agile environment.
