This role involves integrating into a project in partnership with a prestigious multinational client within the Pharmaceutical Industry, providing technical solutions across the health sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Submitting Purchase Orders (POs) using SAP.
- Registering and onboarding suppliers via the ARIBA platform.
- Managing the back-office email inbox and handling weekly correspondence.
- Approving invoices efficiently.
- Submitting necessary changes to POs on relevant platforms.
- Assisting with the analysis of open Purchase Orders.
- Completing contract templates accurately.
- Managing healthcare professional activities, overseeing the internal process from initial approval through to conclusion.
- Reconciling documentation.
- Communicating effectively with various internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in at least one of the following fields: financial, administrative, commercial, or Marketing.
- Proficiency in SAP and ARIBA systems.
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated resilience and proactivity.
- Immediate availability is required.
