Key Responsibilities:

• PHP Development and Coding: Responsible for coding, maintenance, and testing of the local Administration SEI-Cidades module.
• Systems Integration: Develop and maintain the WsSEI service and implement the inclusion of SEI! Cidades in IntegradorSP (services frequently requiring API or Web Service development).
• Update and Version Control: Manage and execute the update of the SEI Cidades version to 4.1.5, ensuring maintenance and control of versions in production and homologation environments.
• Incident Analysis: Analyze and correct high-complexity incidents/errors (Level 3) within the production environment.
• Specialized Technical Support: Provide specialized technical support for solving complex problems involving IBM Java Websphere technology, acting as a liaison between PHP development and Java/Websphere infrastructure.
• Platform Support: Support the technical systems team in managing and maintaining the AVA (Moodle) and handling ITSM calls related to code or platform integration issues.
