Sustain, implement and manage the assigned Population Health portal (PHPO)
Maintain current health resources and refreshing programs on a monthly basis to ensure they are up-to-date.
Create monthly marketing strategies for primary, secondary and tertiary interventions, effective for each targeted beneficiary segment, to market and strengthen and support awareness of all pertinent Population Health portal resources.
Responsible for developing a bi-weekly report and an executive summary of the marketing and outreach strategies developed the use and their effectiveness.
Will develop and utilize web analytics to collect, analyze and report on Population Health portal data in order to improve portal usability and content.
Produce a bi-weekly Population Health portal analytics report timely without delays and primarily responsible for collecting, documenting and reporting of industry-standard web analytics information such as: site volume and traffic reporting, audience engagement reporting, social media conversions, etc.
Produce specific report to include industry-standard web analytics information such as: site volume and traffic reporting, audience engagement reporting, social media conversions, etc. Work with staff responsible for building the portal, and the clinical/health staff from programs whose content will be included on the Population Health portal.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing /Business/Digital Analytics. MBA a plus.
8+ years marketing management, web marketing strategy development and execution of and digital/web marketing campaigns
Experience in managing web analytics for healthcare sites
Excellent understanding of digital analytics tools, trends and industry best practices.
Demonstrated experience developing Web Performance Metrics, Key Performance Indicators(KPIs), and Critical Success Factors (CSFs)
Deep understanding of mobile platforms and knowledge effectively integrate these platforms into a cohesive marketing and analytics strategy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and is results oriented.
Excellent report writing experience
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data and concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently on time-sensitive critical/multiple projects.
Prior project management experience preferred.
Candidate must be able to get a favorable National Agency Check with Local Agency Checks and Credit Checks (NACLC) clearance.
